Sky sports subscription not working on Sky sports app through virgin media
I cannot access sky sports through sky sports app laptop or phone through the virgin media log in link on the sky sports page. When I try to access sky sports, the service says I do not have access to sky sports channels because it is not in my subscription. I have check and sky sports is included in my package and can access the channels on my TV. These problems of not being able to access a service I pay for, not being able to access my subscription page is very disappointing. Any help would from a Virgin media team member would be greatly appreciated.
Not able to login Sky Sports App/Website
Hi, I subscribe to sky sports as part of my TV package and can watch it on my TV360 box okay. When I login today I not able to login the sky sports app on my android phone and also the sky sports website on my windows pc. I reset the sky sports app and also uninstall on my phone but still get the error message below and also when I login via website on my pc I could login to the sky sports app on my phone okay last week. Please could this be look into as I paying for this tv service.Unkown error when trying to watch sky sports
Hello, dont know if anyone has advice on this. I've had sky sports for a very long time but only recently have I been wanting to watch it on the web. When trying to watch online I get a error of "unknown error". I checked my network panel and it seems to be failing on the auth requests, a 302 and a 303 error. In May I contacted virgin and It seemed my ticket had reached 3rd line support have never heard back. I have tried calling today but they wanted to go from the start again in diagnosing the error. Is there anyway to fix it myself or speed up to get back in touch with 3rd line support? CheersSky Sports Desktop Player Error
Hi, I'm a Sky Sports subscriber trying to watch on my PC. The Virgin TV Go app directs me to Sky Sports' own player but it keeps giving me the error message "We are really sorry but something went wrong. Please try connecting again. Error Code: VGC-4277600257:4277600257" when trying to watch live channels. I've deleted and reinstalled the app numerous times and cannot get live TV through Sky Sports at all.
