Can No Longer watch sky sports on Virgin tv go
I renewed my virgin media account last Thursday 25th September, ever since when I login on the sky sports app via the virgin login section, I log in and then click on watch and then choose to watch live football, it comes up with this box (see attached picture) and when I click 'got it' and when I try and click on to watch live football again, I get the same pop up box, so it doesn't allow me to watch live sky sports channels anymore. I have called Virgin media customer service numerous times and found it as helpful as a chocolate fireguard. Anyone else have this issue?
Sky Sports App Pin
I registered as new Virgin Media customer recently and have the TV sports package. When I try to log into the Sky Sports app on my iPad using my VM credentials, I am asked to create a pin for Sky guidance read content. However, once I create a pin and click “continue” I keep getting a message saying “We can’t set your PIN up right now. Please try again later”. Has anyone seen this or has any solutions? Added Sky Sports (SS) to my package on October 26. I can view SS channels on my TV the following morning. October 29 I try to view through SS app. I sign in with the VM button, it doesn't recognise the passkey I set up in July, tells me to try another way, so I get the verify identity email, that's fine, I click the relevant buttons and go back to the SS app and I'm signed in. When I try to watch something live it tells me to "Get Sky Sports to watch this live". It's all jolly frustrating. I tried calling customer support but that chatbot is useless and I couldn't get through to a human. I see this appears to be a known issue but cannot find a solution. I've deleted apps, cleared the cache and confirmed the existence of the passkey. If I can't fix this I'm very reluctantly going to have to switch to Sky as I want to watch the Ashes on the app.Sky sports app issues
I have been watching the football on my iPad. The full first half was fine, and with my battery low, I turned off for half time and switched back on for the start of the second. however when I did, it wouldn’t work. It would only say apologies, we can’t load the page at the moment. other channels with play and work, just not any showing the football. it does however work on my iPhone, which is the same subscription. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app, no success. This also happened last night with the football but worked once I reset the app.SkySports App not working
I've been with VM for years, always had Sky Sports HD and TNT.... Renegotiated my contract yesterday (same package including Sky Sports and Cinema HD and TNT sports), NOthing changed...... 11pm last night my access to Skysports streaming stopped working and hasnt come back on since - I can still watch on the TV box, but if I try the Sky Sports app on my Iphone, Samsung Tablets or web browser on my laptop I get this.......... No matter how many times I log out and back in its still does not work..... I was hoping it would fix itself overnight as perhaps my account was updating following the extending of my contract, but still nothing..... Can anyone help as my sole plan was watching the Ryder Cup this weekend and I'm now unable to so I'm pretty **bleep**ed off...Can no longer access Sky Sports
This used to work... Using an Android Phone. Open Virgin TV Go. Select a Sky Sports Channel. Follow the usual "You need to open this in Sky Sports app" link. Follow the Virgin Media login. Enter my email and password. "Your password wasn't verified. You have X attempts left" (now down to 2 attempts). Tried the "other way", followed the link I get emailed - same result. Apps have been uninstalled and reinstalled. Nothing works. Any ideas ?
Not able to login Sky Sports App/Website
Hi, I subscribe to sky sports as part of my TV package and can watch it on my TV360 box okay. When I login today I not able to login the sky sports app on my android phone and also the sky sports website on my windows pc. I reset the sky sports app and also uninstall on my phone but still get the error message below and also when I login via website on my pc I could login to the sky sports app on my phone okay last week. Please could this be look into as I paying for this tv service.Is Sky Sports UHD available on Flex TV hardware?
I have the Virgin Media flex box and I've successfully added Sky Sports HD but when I added Sky Sports UHD as a separate addon, the channels just won't work. I've added it to my account through the TV interface but the channels just say I need to subscribe. I've spoken to technical support numerous times with no luck. It suddenly occurred to me...are these channels even available on the Flex box? Technical support haven't suggested otherwise and the only indication I can find that this may be the issue is a thread on this site where someone was unable to add Sky Cinema UHD. The full channel list for Flex is listed here and no UHD channels are listed but I'd have expected either my purchase to be prevented or the tech team to point it out to me! Thanks
