Is Sky Sports UHD available on Flex TV hardware?
I have the Virgin Media flex box and I've successfully added Sky Sports HD but when I added Sky Sports UHD as a separate addon, the channels just won't work. I've added it to my account through the TV interface but the channels just say I need to subscribe. I've spoken to technical support numerous times with no luck. It suddenly occurred to me...are these channels even available on the Flex box? Technical support haven't suggested otherwise and the only indication I can find that this may be the issue is a thread on this site where someone was unable to add Sky Cinema UHD. The full channel list for Flex is listed here and no UHD channels are listed but I'd have expected either my purchase to be prevented or the tech team to point it out to me! Thanks
Not able to login Sky Sports App/Website
Hi, I subscribe to sky sports as part of my TV package and can watch it on my TV360 box okay. When I login today I not able to login the sky sports app on my android phone and also the sky sports website on my windows pc. I reset the sky sports app and also uninstall on my phone but still get the error message below and also when I login via website on my pc I could login to the sky sports app on my phone okay last week. Please could this be look into as I paying for this tv service.Sky sports app issues
I have been watching the football on my iPad. The full first half was fine, and with my battery low, I turned off for half time and switched back on for the start of the second. however when I did, it wouldn’t work. It would only say apologies, we can’t load the page at the moment. other channels with play and work, just not any showing the football. it does however work on my iPhone, which is the same subscription. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app, no success. This also happened last night with the football but worked once I reset the app.
Sky Sports app and VM
I have two Pads which until the final day of the 4th Test against India were able to log into Sky Sports via their app clicking onto the VM icon, I have logged out of all devices, cleared the cache, reinstalled the app, sorted out VM02 password, but the Pads are simply not able to move from the Sky login page to the VM02 page as the link seems to be broken? As if you click on the VM icon it tries to load but does not move, any ideas, is it an Android OS issue or something glitching between the VM and Sky systems? Hi all, I'm posting on behalf of my stepdad who has had recurring issues with the Sky Sports app for about a week now. I've tried repeatedly to uninstall the app - remove its data and caches, to no avail. As someone quite comfortable with computers, I am truly baffled. The Virgin Media TV app works absolutely fine. I get up the Sky Sports app and go to watch live sports (tennis for example) and am immediately brought to the Sky sign in page where there is an option to log in with Virgin TV UK as he's done so in the past and instead get a hapless loading bar that never loads a thing. It's stopped my elderly stepdad from watching his beloved cricket and tennis anywhere that isn't the big TV in the family home. Any advice or tips (beyond the obvious) would be much appreciated as I'd really like to get this resolved for him ASAP. It's really important to him and therefore really important to me! Hi, All of a sudden I cant login to skysports(endless loop of email verification), so I logged into my account and went to account settings there i had to create a passkey and link virgin account, but I still can't login using a passkey. I cannot access sky sports through sky sports app laptop or phone through the virgin media log in link on the sky sports page. When I try to access sky sports, the service says I do not have access to sky sports channels because it is not in my subscription. I have check and sky sports is included in my package and can access the channels on my TV. These problems of not being able to access a service I pay for, not being able to access my subscription page is very disappointing. Any help would from a Virgin media team member would be greatly appreciated.Flex subscriptions dont work
I have been with Virgin for 13 years and never have I encountered such poor / non existent customer services! I signed up for Sky Sports during the £18.75 a month offer. But it has not activated. Customer services tell me they cant add it, as it needs to be done my end. But when I try to add the subscription I just get an error messages. The stream service is abysmal. Online chat keeps kicking me out. Then the bot comes back to ask the same stupid questions. No reply from my online complaint 2 weeks ago. Telephone support hang up on me and dont call back I was asked to send proof of my offer to narender bhatt at the virgin email address which I did, and still no reply!! Truly shocking experience. Looks like ill be missing the start to the F1 season!!
