Sky sports subscription not working on Sky sports app through virgin media
I cannot access sky sports through sky sports app laptop or phone through the virgin media log in link on the sky sports page. When I try to access sky sports, the service says I do not have access to sky sports channels because it is not in my subscription. I have check and sky sports is included in my package and can access the channels on my TV. These problems of not being able to access a service I pay for, not being able to access my subscription page is very disappointing. Any help would from a Virgin media team member would be greatly appreciated.
