This used to work...
Using an Android Phone. Open Virgin TV Go. Select a Sky Sports Channel.
Follow the usual "You need to open this in Sky Sports app" link.
Follow the Virgin Media login. Enter my email and password.
"Your password wasn't verified. You have X attempts left" (now down to 2 attempts).
Tried the "other way", followed the link I get emailed - same result.
Apps have been uninstalled and reinstalled. Nothing works.
Any ideas ?
Have you created a VMO2 ID? You need to sign in with your VMO2 ID

VM O2 have really screwed their credentials management, making it incredibly complex (borderline unmanageable) for end users.
(Speaking as someone who's involved in things like this on a daily basis)
I can get into external channels again now, but tbh expect them to have changed this and made another mess of it by the next time I care about mobile access
