Which Dolby Atmos services does Virgin Stream offer
Is there a list of what services support Dolby Atmos on Virgin Stream anywhere? I think I've found references to: Netflix through the app with the Premium subscription? Amazon Prime through the app with the 'Go Ad-Free' subscription? Sky Sports with the UHD subscription? Do these work? Are there any others?
Netflix account on hold despite not missing a Virgin payment
Have already contacted Virgin Media who said that this would be sorted within 2-3 working days, but 2 weeks has gone by and nothing has changed and our Netflix is still on hold. Without warning, despite paying for our Netflix add on as normal, Netflix has put our account because they have not received payment. We have paid Virgin, but they seemingly have not paid Netflix! Really want this fixed as we are still paying for our Netflix add on despite still not having access to our Netflix account. Netflix say that this is a Virgin Media problem.Voice Control no longer working on remote to Stream box
I have Virgin Stream and when we got the box and remote initially all was good for the first few weeks, then the remote started playing up, not working, lagging, moving too many spaces and now while those are sorted by what I've tried below, the voice control button doesn't work. It will briefly look like it will work and then goes back to 'hold the button message' and yes I am holding the button. On the remote I see the top right LED signal white, then red and then goes off pretty much straight away I have reset the Stream box, unpaired/paired the remote control, replaced batteries with brand new ones, but the voice control still won't function... any hints what to do next as the help on the VM website is terrible, and the 'customer service' is clearly an oxymoron to VM...
