Error Code: 1000-60

My small TiVo box is stuck in a loop displaying this code. I have tried resetting it and holding the button etc but the button isn’t working anymore. Has anyone got any idea what I could try?

I have reset the internet once and allowed it to boot up before plugging it in but even that didn’t work. My internet is working fine

    I  haven't seen that error code on any of VM's TV set top boxes.

    You've posted in the Stream forum, but mentioned a Tivo box.   Stream boxes run on VM's own Horizon 4 Entertainment system, and not the tivo system.

    The Stream remote is oblong shaped and includes a voice button.  Voice control isn't available on tivo boxes, plus the remote control for tivo boxes is peanut shaped.

    I've added pictures of the various boxes at the bottom of my post.

    Assuming that you do indeed have a Stream box (if you have a different one please advise as the reset options differ) then try the following:-

    If you can access the set top menus go to Settings > System > Reset>  and click on reset and follow the onscreen prompts.

    If you can't do the above then unplug the USB from the back of the box and then hold the power button on the front of the box while  plugging the USB back in. (Keep hold of the power button while doing this)

    Keep holding the power button in when the Welcome screen appears for 5 seconds and then let go. 

    A menu will appear. Now tap the power button to select which reset option (hard or soft) you prefer. I would try the soft reset option first, and if that fails try the hard reset.

    Then hold the power button again for 5 seconds on the one selected option to reset it.
