TV Go app doesn’t work on phone
Hi, The TV Go app works on my iPad, but on my phone every single programme, whether live tv or recording brings up an error saying “Not allowed. Sorry, this programme is blocked on this device due to copyright restrictions.” I’ve tried signing out and back in but still get the same error.32Views0likes1CommentPc Tv go registered devices

I have installed Virgin TV Go on my Samsung tablet, my Samsung smartphone and my Windows 11 laptop. I am able to watch live programmes on all devices and recorded programmes on the two Android devices. However, when I attempt to watch exactly the same recorded programmes on the laptop, they are all marked as "Only on Virgin TV Box" or, alternatively, "This programme can only be played on your Virgin TV Box". Please advise on how one can watch recordings on Windows 11 laptops, or is there a software upgrade to overcome this problem?Solved1.9KViews0likes4CommentsRegistering a device for Virgin TV Go
Hi, I am trying to set up Virgin TV Go for my mum who has a Windows 10 laptop, she is temporarily without her TV due to moving and needs to be able to watch her programs online. However, when we try and login on the app, for all the live channels and on demand programs, it just says "you cannot watch this programme due to copyright restrictions". It looks as though her device isn't registered, however there is no possible way to register as it doesn't give the option. When I looked into the "device management" section of her account it says there are no devices registered, and that she can add up to 3, but again there is no ability to register the device. I am not sure if it's a problem with her laptop as it's quite old, or if there's something else stopping it from working. Please help as I'd really like her to be able to access her programs!!2.4KViews0likes4CommentsTV Go Register Devices
Hello all. I am having the problem with Virgin TV Go asking me to register a new device almost every time I use it, even though I am only using the same device - Google Chrome browser on a MacBook. I am not clearing cache or cookies, but for some reason I am asked to register again and it has now maxed out. Could someone get in touch to help reset for me, please? Thank you.553Views0likes2CommentsTNT or Virgin Media on MacBook not available
I have tried to download the Virgin TV GO app through the website for Mac but when it goes through to the Apple Store it links to the iPhone version and so unavailable. is there a way of downloading Virgin TV Go app for a MacBook or even watching Virgin TV on a MacBook (ideally so I can watch my TNT sports subscription). the firing media website does state the below so it should be available for a desktop Mac... Thanks to the Virgin TV Go app – available to Virgin TV customers at no extra cost, you can access up to 110 live TV channels on the go from your devices, including your Android, iOS, Windows 10 and PC/Mac. This includes BT Sport, FOX, Comedy Central and Sky One (depending on your TV package). You can also access On Demand content and stream to your heart’s content! (Again, content available is dependent on your package.) You can make the app your own by creating a list of must-see shows and personalising your TV guide so that your favourites are at the top. Plus, if you’re going away on a summer holiday, you can take the Virgin TV Go app with you, as it works for customers travelling within the EU. Hurrah! Have removed and reinstalled app with no success. I can play shows from my iPhone and in past have been able to view shows from iPad but with intermittent problems. Any suggestions on fix please?2.7KViews0likes9CommentsTV app for windows
