SkySports App not working
I've been with VM for years, always had Sky Sports HD and TNT.... Renegotiated my contract yesterday (same package including Sky Sports and Cinema HD and TNT sports), NOthing changed...... 11pm last night my access to Skysports streaming stopped working and hasnt come back on since - I can still watch on the TV box, but if I try the Sky Sports app on my Iphone, Samsung Tablets or web browser on my laptop I get this.......... No matter how many times I log out and back in its still does not work..... I was hoping it would fix itself overnight as perhaps my account was updating following the extending of my contract, but still nothing..... Can anyone help as my sole plan was watching the Ryder Cup this weekend and I'm now unable to so I'm pretty **bleep**ed off...Virgin TV Go App asking to register same device every time
Every time I try to watch live TV through the APP it asks me to register the same device (i.e. replace a device) - I now have this same device 3 times in my list of 5. Plus it is using up one of my 3 changes allowed every time meaning I can't now change for a month. Upshot is I can't watch live TV. I stress that I am using the TV Go APP - not via a browser. My app or device is NOT clearing Cache. How can i fixCant login to Virgin Tv Go app on any device
Im in an endless loop of trying to log into Virgin TV Go on the iphone app or within a web browser. Yesterday i was asked to set up a Virgin Media O2 ID and now i cant access anything. Here are the steps of what is currently happening. Enter email address Enter password Verification email is sent to my email adress Clicked on the 'verify its me' link Get a confimration page saying = 'Your email address has been verified' Go back to Virgin TV Go and Im still logged out Ive tried this numerous times on my PC, Macbook and iPhone and cant login from enay device or any browser. All my login details are correct
TVGo Subtitles
How do I turn off the subtitles on TVGo so that they stay off. Despite them being off in the settings, every time I change channel they turn on again. Sometimes I turn them off and then they turn on again when one programme ends and another starts on the same channel. To say its annoying is an understatement. I have deleted the app and cleared out any settings on the iPad, but it still does it when I re-install the app.Another with TV Go app not able to set remote recording
TV Go app won’t set recordings remotely whether 360 Box is on or off. Standby I power is on Active start. Get message that Box 360 is offline and will schedule recording when next turned on anyone able to suggest what to do to rectify this, please?
Not able to view recordings and live TV on TV Go app
I am currently getting an error message when trying to view recordings on the Android app for my devices. When I try to view live TV I get a message saying I have too many devices (which I don't). When I view my device settings it says I have none then briefly flashes up that I have 3, then it changes to none again! I've tried rebooting my hub, TV box, and devices but still get the issue.Can't log in to Sky Sports app via VM log in
Hi all, I'm posting on behalf of my stepdad who has had recurring issues with the Sky Sports app for about a week now. I've tried repeatedly to uninstall the app - remove its data and caches, to no avail. As someone quite comfortable with computers, I am truly baffled. The Virgin Media TV app works absolutely fine. I get up the Sky Sports app and go to watch live sports (tennis for example) and am immediately brought to the Sky sign in page where there is an option to log in with Virgin TV UK as he's done so in the past and instead get a hapless loading bar that never loads a thing. It's stopped my elderly stepdad from watching his beloved cricket and tennis anywhere that isn't the big TV in the family home. Any advice or tips (beyond the obvious) would be much appreciated as I'd really like to get this resolved for him ASAP. It's really important to him and therefore really important to me! Cheers
