My Flex Plan: Unable to add Netflix or any other streaming services
A few days ago I renewed my contract with VM. I went from 1Gig only to 1Gig plus Netflix Standard with Ads. I now have a new section in My Virgin Media called My Flex Plan which is where I believe I should be able to manage the new Netflix subscription included with my new contract: https://www.virginmedia.com/support/help/tv/streaming Unfortunately all it shows is the following error message: "Sorry, something's gone wrong! We're having some technical issues so we can't add this right now. Please try again later." Can someone from VM have a look and hopefully fix it so that I can start using the Netflix subscription? I currently have three TV360 boxes and spoke to customer service today enquiring about upgrading to stream. They advised me that an activation fee of £35 (self install) would apply and I could only have two stream boxes and would need to keep one TV360 box as the master. Is this correct? I was under the impression I could have up to six stream boxes. Hi all, Has anyone had issues adding subscriptions to a flex stream box after renewing a contract, I tried adding Tnt sports but get error Ts2/1/2/err_400/302/400 on the box and it doesn't add either via their website. Tried their chat help and they just raised a complaint for me when I was justvafter a fix, havent heard anything for a week now and just wanted it fixing not a complaint raising. Hi all 👋 I’m thinking of signing up for the Biggest Combo and noticed it comes with Sky Sports and Sky Cinema HD included. I’d really like to have them in UHD, but during the sign-up process there’s no clear mention of being able to upgrade to UHD. Does anyone know if that’s something you can add once you’re signed up, or if it needs to be selected upfront? Also, just wanted to double check something — in the basket it shows that everything’s under Flex rather than 360, which is exactly what I’m after. Just hoping someone can confirm that this is accurate and I’ll be set up with Flex TV if I proceed. I joined Virgin with broadband and a tv package nearly 2 weeks ago. I installed the app and a link to manage my online on my laptop. Whilst I can see basic details, I can't manage my tv package. I've got 2 brand new stream boxes (Flex), one upstairs and one downstairs. Regular TV seems to work fairly well but the apps are so sluggish, it feels like the boxes are severely underpowered. Netflix especially is almost unbearable - scrolling up and down in the menu is so slow, starting a programme can take up to 30 seconds and it often takes a while for any subtitles to display. Once a programme starts playing and has buffered it works fine, but everything else is a truly miserable experience. Surely for a fairly new paid service it should work much better than this? Even the smart TV apps on my 6 year old TV aren't as painful to use as this. Hi I want to transfer existing Netflix account (in my wife's name) to Virgin Flex package to gain the 10% discount and monthly on/off flexibility - how do I do this?
