Sorry to hear your unable to add channels to your Flex box.
Do you get any error codes at all?
Or if you can take a picture of the screen that would be great?
Does a reboot or factory reset fix the issue?

thanks for the reply theses are the screen shots that I currently get, I have done a factory reboot but did not resolve
Error code: TS2/1/2/ERR_400/302/400
