Unable to add tnt sports subscription

Hi all,

Has anyone had issues adding subscriptions to a flex stream box after renewing a contract, I tried adding Tnt sports but get error Ts2/1/2/err_400/302/400 on the box and it doesn't add either via their website.

Tried their chat help and they just raised a complaint for me when I was justvafter a fix, havent heard anything for a week now and just wanted it fixing not a complaint raising.

Spotted some older posts that mentioned up to a month for a fix if anyone can help fix this issue?

    Is it only with TNT sports you are getting this message?

    Does it let you add other subscriptions on?

      Thanks for coming back and expanding on this. As we're not able to add subscriptions to a Stream, we'll need to raise this with the IT Team.

        Hi all, having exactly same issue, recontacted Friday, was told everything regarding my flex subscriptions would transfer over to new contract, but it didn't.

        Phoned VM help desk and managed to get through to technical rather than sales only to be told new contract would take 24 to 48hrs to get updated then when I saw updated contract details in my account I'd have to resubscribe to subscriptions.

        So 36hrs later all details updated but there is no option to "manage" my flex subscriptions in my account (as I was previously able to do) and when I try to do it via the flex box add subscriptions app I get the error message TS2/1/2/ERR_400/302/400

        Exceedingly frustrating
