Also when watching anything on tv the screen keeps going off for a couple of seconds then coming on again and has done for about 4 months now. It isn’t the tv has we bought a new one so I think there is definitely something wrong with the VM box and probably needs replacing. I also don’t like getting replies from vm help 3 days after asking the question, but calling vm is a joke because all that happens is you get sent a text message, as I’ve said before customer service is very poor Re: Cs2000 error code Calling vm is a joke, goes through options then sends you a text message link, clearly don’t want you talking to a member of staff person to person, any wonder they get slated for poor customer service. I checked all cables and can confirm that I had another e mail and text on the 17th October saying the same thing with a follow up one on the 19th saying all ok now Re: Broadband connection issues Can someone from VM team reply please, I’ve had 2 e mails and a text saying my internet is having problems, just done a check and think it needs an engineer out but navigating around the VM site to set one up is ridiculous.
