Intermittent service

Can someone from vm contact me again about ongoing issue with my tv losing its signal intermittently. I’ve tried reporting it by this forum, can’t report by phone as you get bloody hopeless texts sent and god knows how you can put a formal complaint in. When a vm team member does get back in touch, it’s hours or a day later when they reply, VM an absolute joke of a service
