Tv signal

Can someone from vm contact me again about ongoing issue with my tv losing its signal intermittently. I’ve tried reporting it by this forum, can’t report by phone as you get bloody hopeless texts sent and god knows how you can put a formal complaint in. When a vm team member does get back in touch, it’s hours or a day later when they reply, VM an absolute joke of a service

    Which box do you have?  You've created this thread in the Stream forum, however your other thread/posts regarding error CS2000 were posted in the 360 forum.

    It can take staff a day or two to respond as the forums aren't an instant messaging service and they work on rotas/ days off the same as the telephone staff.

    Did you reply to the PM that VM Forum Staff Lee_R sent you in that thread?
