We just wanted to reach out to let you know how you’ll be affected: Your Virgin Media bundle comes with a Netflix Standard plan included. The good news is that won’t change. However, you’re currently paying £5 extra a month to upgrade to their Premium plan. In line with Netflix’s pricing changes, this is increasing to £7 extra a month after 1 July. If you want to keep enjoying your Premium plan, you don’t need to do anything. You’ll see the updated pricing on your next bill. If you’d rather stick with the Standard plan that’s included in your bundle, that’s no problem. New Recent Contract Update - Billing Hi, so in early Feb I got a email (pics attached) about a contract/deal that i could sign up to before my contract ran out. As you can see it says - same deal same price. Wicked - signed up. Then as unfortunately, we know what VM can sometimes be like, i rang to confirm everything will remain the SAME. I think i said it probably 5 times over 2 calls just to make sure. Somthing was niggling me so i rang to make sure to find out that TNT sports is now longer within my package and to add £18 to get it... Nope Nope Nope - give me my old contract back (i am within the 14 day off cooling period) after the lady didnt really want to help and me asking to escalte... she hung up. Called back got a great lad - he said will listen back to call and sort. Few days and nothing... rang back and got another good lad... ok i will ask him to call you or i can sort it... i will add the credit on for the period of the contract. Cool! Just got bill... no credit... HELP!!! Solved
