- My VM about is linked to a now defunct e-mail addressI have just set up a VM/O2 ID but when I tried to link to my existing VM Account I found that it was linked to a now defunct e-mail address. I can't link to it and I can't change it. Does anyone know what I need to to to get around this?55Views0likes6Comments
- Address not Listed in availability checkerI am moving into a flat, where I'd like to get Virgin Media Broadband. The landlord / Owner of the block of flats has ensured me the building and all flats are connected to the Virgin Media network. However the address doesn't come up when I try enter in my details to get broadband. The building is listed on all competitor's website, so it's not a problem with the building address via the mail network or anything. It seems to only be a problem on virgin medias website.
- Address not listedMy address is not listed, all my neighbour houses shows up and many of them use Virgin connection for broadband. Its a new build property I have moved into and the property address is already listed on Royal Mail so not sure why it doesn't show up here. Also I've been told Virgin connection is already setup so should be just some technical glitch I guess. Can you help get this sorted?

- Different invoice/billing address to deliveryI have spent hours over the past few days trying to change my billing address for Virgin Media as it differs from the delivery address. I represent a youth homelessness charity who support a young person with their bills and accommodation, including broadband via Virgin. The charity pay for the virgin connection and require invoices addressed to them instead of the delivery address. I wonder if anyone can assist in making this change please - I have tried web chat and phone call but have had no help with this so far. When I managed to speak to someone on the phone they eventually put themselves on mute for close to 30 minutes before I had no other choice but to hang up. Thanks for your help.61Views0likes5Comments

- Installation vs DeliveryBeen trying to set up VM for a new place being moved into, New place has had VM in the past so no installation required, just plugging in, No-one is currently at the address to be installed, Asked VM sales to send to current address instead, which was confirmed, Tracking Order shows the installation address instead, Phoned up multiple times and each time the agent confirms to send the package to the current address, Inevitably, they keep trying to deliver to the installation address where no-one currently resides Is this an automated process that the agents cannot control?30Views0likes1Comment
- Address formatting mismatchHi, I have just taken out an M500 broadband package and I have been an O2 customer for many years. I am trying to link the two accounts but have noticed that the addresses do match but on my contract for the new broadband the postcode is displayed twice, once in upper case and once in lower case. Would this be preventing me from linking the two accounts? And is there anyone I could get in contact with to manually link the two accounts?Solved824Views0likes5Comments
