Different invoice/billing address to delivery

I have spent hours over the past few days trying to change my billing address for Virgin Media as it differs from the delivery address. 

I represent a youth homelessness charity who support a young person with their bills and accommodation, including broadband via Virgin. The charity pay for the virgin connection and require invoices addressed to them instead of the delivery address.

I wonder if anyone can assist in making this change please - I have tried web chat and phone call but have had no help with this so far. When I managed to speak to someone on the phone they eventually put themselves on mute for close to 30 minutes before I had no other choice but to hang up.

    Thanks for posting in regards to the account and problems getting the address changed, we appreciate you taking the time to raise this via the forums and welcome to the community.

     

    We should be able to change an address on an account but this can only be requested by the account holder. If this is yourself then let us know and we can start the process or if not, ask the named account holder to get in touch with us so we can assist further.

      Thanks for the warm welcome - yes I am the named account holder. To clarify I am not looking to change the supply address, only the associated billing/invoice address as this differs to the supply address. Thanks for your help, I'll look forward to hearing back from you.

        So to confirm you want to change just the billing address? 

        Not the actually address on the account?
