My address is not listed, all my neighbour houses shows up and many of them use Virgin connection for broadband. Its a new build property I have moved into and the property address is already listed on Royal Mail so not sure why it doesn't show up here. Also I've been told Virgin connection is already setup so should be just some technical glitch I guess. Can you help get this sorted?

In order to look into this for you, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.
If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.

Hi,
I am also experiencing a similar issue. I am moving into a new house and the property doesn't show to purchase a package; however a house opposite shows on the checker. I have filled in this form and have not had any contact since, any help would be appreciated!
