How do I add an email address to Safesender list?

Hi All,

Fanfiction.net claim that their emails are being bounced back to them.  How do I add their bot email address to safesenders list?  I can see a blocked senders list (empty), but not safe senders.  I am using NTL address.

    Supposedly adding the address to the account's webmail address book should achieve this.

    Are you able to post a redacted version of the bounced message Fanfiction.net  receive?

    Thanks, have done that, hasn't helped.  I suspect the problem is their end.

    No, all I got from FF.net was this.

    Error Time: 10/31/2023
    Error Message: Email provider rejected our email.

      I am so sorry that you have faced these issues with the emails from fanfiction.net, and a big thank you to 用心棒 for their help so far. 

      Can I ask if you have reported this error to the website at all?

        Hi Ashleigh,

        Yes, I have, I haven't heard anythign back, but not unusual for FF.Net.  Chatter I have seen on a mailing list suggests that they have ended up on an email blacklist somehwere and that could be the cause of things getting bounced.
