Address/Property not shown

I am moving to new location but all the properties are shown but not mine. Need to arrange internet before I move in. Need help asap.

The reason that your address is not shown in the list is that it may not be serviceable. Have you spoken to our team over the phone since you last posted to have this looked into further?
