Residential address registered as business
Hi, I have been told my address is currently registered as a business address. It’s a 5 bedroom detached property, there is no business here. Customer service and sales have said that they can manually override this, (which is what they have done in the past as there is Virgin HBB and tv currently live at the address), but I would really rather it be changed to residential to avoid having to jump through these hoops! I am moving into a flat, where I'd like to get Virgin Media Broadband. The landlord / Owner of the block of flats has ensured me the building and all flats are connected to the Virgin Media network. However the address doesn't come up when I try enter in my details to get broadband. The building is listed on all competitor's website, so it's not a problem with the building address via the mail network or anything. It seems to only be a problem on virgin medias website.Address not listed
My address is not listed, all my neighbour houses shows up and many of them use Virgin connection for broadband. Its a new build property I have moved into and the property address is already listed on Royal Mail so not sure why it doesn't show up here. Also I've been told Virgin connection is already setup so should be just some technical glitch I guess. Can you help get this sorted?
