TV and broadband not working
Hi, So I moved into my new house on Friday. I connected everything up and it seemed to work fine, but today nothing is working. I know they said today would be the day they would disconnect my old account and activate my new account, so is that what is happening or is it a different problem? I have little white flashing arrows on my box and no WiFi. Please help!!25Views0likes1CommentTV & Internet going down
Hello, Over the last couple of days my internet and tv have been going down intermittently in the afternoon. Sometimes for a few seconds, sometimes for 5 or 10 minutes. I haven't been notified of any repairs going on in my area so I'm not sure if it's just me. Just thought I'd let you know in case I get cut off again. Thanks, Santosh46Views0likes5CommentsService Goes Down Every Morning
I live in North London and almost every day between about 8-11am for the past few weeks the whole service (TV, Internet, phone) is intermittent - goes down, comes back for a few minutes, goes down again. As I work from home it's extremely infuriating. Is anyone else experiencing this? Am wondering, before I go through the process of trying to get hold of someone at Virgin, if it's a general service problem or just unique to us?354Views0likes2CommentsNoisy v6 box
Hi there. I upgraded to tv360 a few weeks ago and since then my v6 box has been unbelievably loud. ( fans spinning ) to the point where I'm having to crank the volume up on the tv rather loud to dround out the whining noise of the fans. It's quite irritating when trying to watch something. I did not have this issue before the upgrade to TV 360. Anyone else have this issue? Are they supposed to be this loud? Or is it a faulty box since the upgrade? Tried restarting / hard reset still the same issue. Any help would be appreciated it's driving me crazy!822Views0likes2CommentsNo Recording
I’ve recently moved home taking Virgin with me but the new TV hardware I’ve been given is awful. I used to have a proper box with a cable connection and a hard disk that could record. Now I have these little streaming boxes that are really slow and laggy and can’t record. Really disappointing. Is this the way Virgin TV is going? It’s just a streaming service.546Views0likes4Comments‘No Signal’ after TV box Welcome Screen
Turn TV box on, as normal. I get the ‘Welcome’ screen, as normal. ’Welcome’ screen disappears, as normal. Moments later, TV throws-up a ‘No signal’ error. There must have been signal to get the ‘Welcome’ screen, so not a cabling issue. Other devices working fine on WiFi, so don’t think it’s that. Have restarted the TV and box multiple times. No change! What do?2.9KViews0likes3CommentsNo TV service in Westcliff on Sea - engineering update keeps moving hoped-for fix date
TV service went down completely on Easter Sunday with 'service status' saying engineer will fix by 17.04 on Tuesday 2nd April '24 - so precise, my hopes were raised. But no Bank Holiday TV for the family: and the hoped-for date came and went. It has now has been moved forward to 17:04 on Friday 5th - if this is correct, I'll be nearly a week without TV, (TiVo).with no realistic fix-by date. Will I automatically get a refund of the TV portion of my Broadband package, or do I have to apply for it, if and when the loss of service is resolvedSolved1.4KViews0likes7Comments
