Scheduled recording

Hi I have had 3 360 but had 2 of them replaced at the weekend so now have one 360 and two of the stream boxes.

Since they have been fitted all our schedules for recording are not working it asks me to subscribe to view them? I believe they are linked to the removed boxes 

I have factory reset the 360 box and it now shows I have 0% recordings but the old schedule recordings are still showing and will not delete.

On my go app it still shows my old 360 boxes so I think these need to be removed off my system.

I have reached out to the call centre but I don't think they understood what I was saying.

Any advice on how to remove the old 360 boxes off the one I still have

  • I  have a 360 box  and have just had the other 2 360's changed to the stream box's, the original box has all the recordings still on it BUT scheduled recordings are asking me to Subscribe and it takes me to ITV X .

    I have reset the box to factory settings and the hard disk formatted.  Recordings still show to be there , but when I try this watch them it asks my to subscribe.

    I have read a few things on line and tried these On my TV GO it shows 0% recordings but shows the shows in the background and asks me to upgrade to watch?

    If i choose to set a new recording on itv it will work BUT all the old scheduled recordings we can not delete or reset to record .

    This has only happened since the engineer changed the 2 boxes at the weekend 

    On top of this we still have internet issues and have got to have a new feed cable from the road to the house replaced but not given a time as to when this will be done .The engineer said " we are due compensation due to the fault not yet repaired and expect an email showing this" BUT to my annoyance i had an email from virgin media stating my payment is going up due to the new changes on my account!

    There are no changes made my side just things they have changed as they said they where now faulty and out of date !

    I have a full package and Volt 1Gig contract runs out in Feb and not looking to renew after 30years as a customer 

    Spent 2 hours on the phone this morning with them and no further forward

      AFAIK, compensation is only paid for total loss of service, after an initial 48 hr period, and no compensation is given for TV faults.

      The fault is Internet and TV and had been going on for around 3 weeks before we had an appointment  although my main concern is as to why my contract price has changed due to them upgrading equipment and getting the scheduled recordings working again

    We're sorry to hear that you've been having issues with your recordings since 2 of your boxes were replaced. When a replacement of equipment is done, it can take a few days for the change to filter through the systems and update. This is likely why the app is still showing the old boxes. 

    As it's been a few days, how are things looking now?

      Thanks for the reply unfortunately it is still currently the same it will be 2 weeks tomorrow.

      We currently have to record on plus one still at the moment

        Sorry to hear this is still ongoing for you ajacko71 

        Just to clarify, stream boxes are unable to record. 
        Can you advise which channels this is affecting, please? 
        On your main TV360 box, on the programme itself which is scheduled the record, are you not able to delete it from there? 
        If you can show us what you're seeing on your side with images, that might help get a better understanding of what's happening.
