Resolved! Red Button - V6/TiVo boxes

Trying to watch the Sunderland v LCFC game via the red button and it's not working. It says there aren't  currently any interactive games on any of the sky sports channels...... Please sort this as I'm not getting the service I pay for.

Remote control app

Trying to use my android phone as a remote control for my VM TiVo box via the Virgin tv control app.It keeps saying that the box is not connected to the network. However, my phone and the box are both connected to the same network.Any help?

Resolved! V6 very hot

V6 box extremely hot when on plenty ventilation does it need replaced don’t trust it if we go on holidays or go out for the day
