Ordered 360 Upgrade. No confirmation or remote control

I ordered the free upgrade via live chat last Saturday as both 360 boxes gave error when trying through the app.I’ve not got any confirmation of this change and no shipping information from Yodel.how long does this usually take?thanks.

TV recordings buffering

Any ideas why tv recordings buffer on an additional box?  Internet speed is great and have wifi pods which are also showing great connection. i don’t have any issues with netflix , prime etc only when replaying tv recordings. TIA

Resolved! Upgrade Tivo & V6 to V360

I want to upgrade my 2 boxes (a Tivo & V6) to 2 360's - is this possible? How much? Installation or self-installation? One can be a mini-V360. (I wrote on this forum earlier but it seems to have disappeared!)

CS9995

We’ve been having issues with our second box and CS9995 errors. Our set up has the hub as a modem and we use Eero as a mesh. Been no issue until the last two weeks when the CS9995 error keeps appearing on our second box. Multiple reboots did solve it...
