Unable to access Apple TV content via Virgin Media 360 device
So, I am subscribed to Apple TV plus, and can access content on my Ipad and laptop with no problems, but every time I try to access the Apple TV app via the Virgin Media device it asks me to log in, I follow the process and log in, and then it takes me back to the same log in screen again, even though I am logged in and can access settings on my account. I cannot access any content, I have called for technical help, and even had an engineer out to inspect my set up and he witnessed the whole scenario, and even changed my VM box, and still the same problem exist. I have also contacted Apple TV for help, and they have no issues with my account etc.
I am thinking that unless this is solved, I will have to review whether to stick with Virgin Media, or forgo Apple TV...
Anyone able to offer any solutions, aside from resetting my VM box, or account, as I have tried this.
