TV360 does not record using TV Go app whilst in standby

When I try to set a recording using the TV Go app whilst away from home I get a message saying that the box is in standby and it will set the recording when it comes out of standby.  I've read some other messages about this and the usual answer is to make sure the box is in fast or active start mode.  Mine is in active start mode.

When I return home the TV 360 box does seem to have recognised the programme as it is in the recorded programmes list but there is no option to watch it so it doesn't actually seem to have recorded.  It works fine if I set the recording when the box is not in standby.

This is quite frustrating so would be grateful for some help.

      Welcome back to the Community, and thanks for taking the time to post. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re experiencing with your TV services at the moment.

      As Jimmyswanston22 asked, have you recently changed your TV box? Also, is the recording showing on any of the other boxes that you have?

        Yes we did have our original box changed not soon after we got it due to a problem with the first box.
