Hi I got a new box installed and the old recordings and series links have came back on the box I can't delete them or watch recordings and it keeps asking to subscribe

Try using the TVGO app to delete the recordings, the recording info is held on Virgin's servers. You can also check the 360 box serial on the app is the same as the box you have, Settings, Info, About, will take you to your box serial number.

What are you being asked to subscribe to, no image available at the moment.

The images take a while to be viewed, don't know if the VIP's have to wait.

 

It's still no working through the app

Two images approved. The third contains (what looks to me like) a box-specific authentication ID, so I can't approve that.

You will need to wait for the forum team to come back online for a pm, and it might be a few days before you get an answer.

Sounds like a possible account issue and you may need to speak to Virgin.

 

I've spoke to them and it's like hitting a brick wall we need to send a engineer 

But the engineer dident have a scooby doo and came back the next day to swap the box 

And on the phone today going around in circles even the manager promised to call back dident
