360 box help
Hi I got a new box installed and the old recordings and series links have came back on the box I can't delete them or watch recordings and it keeps asking to subscribe
Can I get a pm iam having issues with the box asing to subscribe and can't delete anything

Sounds like a possible account issue and you may need to speak to Virgin.
I've spoke to them and it's like hitting a brick wall we need to send a engineer
But the engineer dident have a scooby doo and came back the next day to swap the box
And on the phone today going around in circles even the manager promised to call back dident
I do remember a couple of posts previously about this sort of problem and don't remember seeing a solution posted.
It is something to do with your account info that virgin need to sort out as AFAIK.
