We just had the new 360 box’s last week and we not getting on them we prefer old box’s don’t new controls Also don’t like sharing records at all I am not happy 😕
We prefer old remote control it was chuck and easy to see but new one is hard see and use especially. My mum is near 80 she find very hard to use it but she found old box elso remote control easy to use.
What were the exact circumstances which led to you converting from TiVo/V6 > TV360? Migrations are voluntary but are a one-way trip.
TV360 is designed around one central recording pool, shared by all multiroom boxes - which is fundamentally different to TiVo/V6 where each box has its own storage, albeit also with multiroom streaming between each one.
Horizon V360 is primarily a server based system, that is used in other countries with cloud based recording. In the UK the server can temporarily hold 2 recording locations when you convert 2 hard drive boxes, but when one of them eventually fails it will be replaced with a diskless streaming box & not another hard drive box.
