360 box help
Hi I got a new box installed and the old recordings and series links have came back on the box I can't delete them or watch recordings and it keeps asking to subscribe
Try using the TVGO app to delete the recordings, the recording info is held on Virgin's servers. You can also check the 360 box serial on the app is the same as the box you have, Settings, Info, About, will take you to your box serial number.
What are you being asked to subscribe to, no image available at the moment.
The images take a while to be viewed, don't know if the VIP's have to wait.
It's still no working through the app
