How do i find out how long i have on my device plans

I had two mobile device contracts with virgin mobile. The sims have switched to O2 but I am still paying for the devices through Virgin. How do I find when these end because anything mobiles just redirects you to O2 who are only managing the sim card

    Thanks for your post and welcome to our community.

    As the device plans are over 48 months most customers tend to forget the logins to access the plans. Not to worry though we will be able to arrange for the details to be sent to you by email for both devices.

    We will need to take some details from you by a private message before these are sent.

    If you can check your logo at the top right of your screen that would be great.

      Hello I have the same problem  I have tried ringing  and Ive been cut off three times - also the number 0345 602 4420 just says someone called me today ! 

      i need my contract details and  agreement details so I can log in as i need to know how much I owe on my device thank you

        Welcome to our Community Forums and thanks for your post. 

        I am sorry to hear you were cut off. I can assure you this is never intentional.

        You should have received two emails from us when your agreement was first taken out. These will have come from YourAccount@virginmedia.co.uk with the subject lines: 'IMPORTANT – Your new credit agreement from Virgin Media' and 'IMPORTANT – Your password from Virgin Media'. 

        Please can you check your email inboxes, including their spam/junk folder, to see if anything comes up under these subject lines?
         

  • Hi. I am also having this problem. Every time I phone I kept getting out thought to the wrong department was on hold for ages then speaking with so many different people. 

    All I need is the log in details. Please can you let me know how to get these. Thank you.

  • I also have the same Issue. I took out a 3 year device plan in October 2021 ( I think) and have searched my mailbox for anything from YourAccount@virginmedia.co.uk  several times and found nothing. I might have received info in the post back then, but I left a lot fo stuff when I moved. My email address has also changed. Please can someone help?

        Hi there, 

        I am also still having the same problems and can't seem to resolve this. I gave up after 5 months and trying and continued to pay the monthly fee. That said, I want to just pay this off in full so I can forget about this and get this taken from my credit file. 

        Could someone please contact me directly to advise what I need to do as I'm facing the same problems as everyone else, can't login to Virgin, can't get any sense from O2 and yet I am still paying £25 a month. 

        Please help.
