Viewing Sky Sports + - can't find it

I’ve upgraded from TiVo v6 to Virgin TV 360, it all looks good but I can’t find where to view the new Sky Sports + channel, I subscribe to Sky Sports and I assume the new channel is an app but I’ve checked the apps and there isn’t one for Sky Sports.

Any help appreciated.

    Hi magpieman,

    Just checked on my 360 mini box and Sky Sports+ is available using the red button on channels 501, 502, 503, 504, 505, 506, 507, 508, 520, 532, 533, 534 and even 535 which currently is showing any programs.

    If you do have a 360 and none of these channels have Sky Sports+ then I would try rebooting the box by turning the power off and on again and if that doesn't work you could try a factory reset using the keep recordings option. What version software is your 360 running, mine are using 5.11 but version 5.12 is being rolled out.

    Press red button when prompted on certain sky sports channels

      The linear channel will be on 508 and will replace Sky Sports Arena from 8 August. You can now also press the red button on certain Sky Sports Channels on the 360 boxes.

      All I get is a black screen when I press the red button.

        Just for information.   The red button was working on the Sky Sports channels for me around 8am this morning. However, when I tried again around noon all I could get was a black screen.  I rebooted my 360 and the red button function was working again.

    Sadly magpieman you have downgraded, sidrgraded at most. 360 doewnt come close to v6 boxes
