Need a phone number to pay off the finance on my virgin device plan.

Hello, can someone please advise me, I have a mobile phone through Virgin finance, I want to pay off the remaining balance. I'm getting messed around by O2 and Virgin saying neither of them can help me. Is there a specific phone number I can call? Please help. Thank you.

     There's a dedicated team on 0345 602 4420. They will be able to assist with your balance and take the payment

      Thank you very much! Been back and forth with both Virgin and 02, without much luck.

    Hello,

    i have a virgin mobile device contract which i want to pay off i cant get hold on anyone ive tried all the phone numbers and i keep going in circles can someone reach out to me and help me please ive been on the phone trying for 5 hours

      Thank you for reaching back out, apologies you have still been unable to speak to someone regarding paying off the Handset loan, it is 0345 602 4420 you would need to call, I have just test called and the team are available today, please let us know how you get on.
