How do i find out how long i have on my device plans

I had two mobile device contracts with virgin mobile. The sims have switched to O2 but I am still paying for the devices through Virgin. How do I find when these end because anything mobiles just red...

Hi. I am also having this problem. Every time I phone I kept getting out thought to the wrong department was on hold for ages then speaking with so many different people. 

All I need is the log in details. Please can you let me know how to get these. Thank you.
