Virgin TV GO app - Landscape Issues

So I’m trying to watch on my iPhone on the Virgin Go app, however when I go landscape it shows the channel on the bottom half of the screen and it just won’t go awayAny ideas?

Hello everyone. I’ve recently upgraded to virgin 360 via a software update on a v6 box. I’m using the tv go app on my iPhone to set up recordings and getting a message saying the box is on standby and the recording will be updated when the box is on....

Resolved! Sky sports device limit reached

Hi, i changed my phone and have tried to use sky sports app but keeps coming up with device limit reached.Any ideas how to resolve please, see that it is a common issuesMany thanks 

Tv go - incorrect password and email

Tv go app stopped working saying incorrect password and email?? Try to reset not able to receive email and says has expired? So frustrating still works on one device with same password!!      [MOD EDIT: Subject title changed for clarity]

Device Limit Reached

When trying to watch Sky sports I get the message device limit reached even though my device is already listed as one of the five allowed. I have tried to replace but it tells me to contact Virgin. Help please!!!!!

Registered devices

Hi….I understand I can have 5 devices on TV go. I only have 2 registered but it keeps telling me that the device limit has been reached.Am I able to reset this and reload the various devices? thanks

I am having issues regarding watching recordings, have restarted the box, deleted the app from my iPad, disconnected and reconnected from the network and nothing works. In diagnostics it says CPE IP unknown.
