Maximum number of devices registered

Hi,

I use the same laptop each time but keeps saying number of devices reached.

I need this resetting asap as we are watching the Liverpool game tonight.

 

Can this be reset?

    AFAIK this advice is still relevant, "You will have to keep the cookies on your laptop/PC or MacBook or it will register as a new device every time and use up all of their available change's".

    I don't have any problems and the chances of you getting anything reset tonight or tomorrow are very small.

    Watch it on your TV.

    If you use the web app or a computer  browser, you’ll need to use the same browser each time with Virgin TV Go and Sky Sports. Using a different browser, clearing cookies, or using incognito mode will be seen as a new device, as will using a VPN. 

    Also ensure you’ve got cookies enabled in your browser, that virginmedia.com and SkySports.com is listed as a trusted site, your browser is set to allow protected content, and you allow pop ups from both websites.
