TV Go Registered Devices

Hi

I am having a problem with TVGO device registration after updating to Win11. Each time I open TVGO using edge it registers as a new device. I also tried Mozilla and had the same issue and now I've used all my device changes. No cookies etc were deleted. Can anyone help with this?

  • This should be straightforward but how/where do I find the list of my registered devices?

      Hi Alasdair2,

      Thank you for your post and welcome to the community. 

      Access your TvGo app> Click the profile icon in the top left corner> Settings> Device Management. 

      For Sky Sports you would access your online account> Account Settings> Sky Device Settings
