Sky Devices in TVGO are blank

I am using TvGo from Edge Browser and everything is working except for Sky Sports and Movies. When I go to manage sky devices I have 3 device changes available but the devices table is blank and will not load. Any ideas?


Resolved! I cannot watch recordings on laptop.

When on the web the option to play recordings is missing. The app is okay on phone. Any assistance form the community would be helpful as the support from Virgin has been less than helpful.

Virgin on the go .. mobile phone

Tried to use Virgin mobile on the go .. live tv ... but got the message If you would like to watch this program than ring 08000520701 to upgrade your media package .. I think that I'm on the top package, so am a little confused.
