Fault in ST6 no broadband this is the 2nd day now with no internet check on website and all it does is say should be fixed by a time and that keeps changing it’s gone on to the next day this is unacceptable paying for a service we are not receiving and no communication off virgin either
Nothing you can do with it being a residential connection.

Apologies for the service issues. From the screenshot you are affected by an intermittent signal issue, also know as SNR (signal to noise ratio). This means we need to locate the noise, isolate and fix this. We'll have this fixed asap.
