Can’t download anything to TV Go app

I’m a new Virgin customer and can’t download anything to watch on my mobile. I’ve already seen a few posts going back a few months but nowhere do I see a solution.I’ve got the latest app version any fix please ??

TV Go on Windows 11 PC does not stay signed in

I have two Windows 11 PCs with TV Go installed.  Both work fine and accept sign in, but one does not retain the sign in and has to be re-signed in every time it is started.Any suggestions as to where to look?The other PC works as expected.

Resolved! Reset TVGO maximum devices

I have 4 registered devices (3 seem to be the same) and when I jump over to watch Sky Sports I log in okay with the Virgin account but then get a msg that max devices exceeded and to contact Virgin.
