Tv go app says 360 box is offline

I have the Virgin TV go app and 2 Virgin 360 boxes. When I go to the app, it says both my boxes are offlineBoth are on, connected to the Internet and are deffo not offline. My sister has the same problem.  Is there a problem with the service?

Tv go app not connecting with box

I cannot connect phone to box whenever I try says box must be online I’ve tried rebooting box and hub reinstalling app on phone and with box connect with Ethernet and Wi-Fi 

TV go app not connecting to either box

I'm trying to watch my recordings on TV Go app on my Samsung 20+ and iPad and I keep getting this message:Both boxes are on and connected to the same WiFi.Can someone help please as this is incredibly frustrating.
