Can't log on sky sports

Does anybody know why can't watch live games on sky sports app. I have logged on to the app and registered with virgin TV go.When I try to watch a game it says there's a problem with my subscription

Still can’t download anything on the app

Please can someone advise if there is a know issue with not been able to download on the app.  Tried everything !   Followed all the guidance from previous post.  No responses for updates.  Please can this be fixed.

Download shows for offline viewing

Purchased content not playing on PC

HI,Purchased Sonic 2 and when I go to play it on my Windows PC the screen it just black and it doesn't start. When you try to download it then it complains about silverlight.What am I missing or is the service just not as slick as Sky? ThanksPaul
