Hi, could someone from VM also reach out to me, the Child Safe settings have always been very responsive to any changes I made but they currently won't register any changes and so my home broadband is unprotected.

Hi, web safe / child safe has completely stopped working. I have two young children & they are now at risk of seeing inappropriate content online when connected to WiFi at home. I’ve tried all the basics, nothing is working. Please assist.
