Hacked email account
Hi My son’s Virgin email account (not my account holder email) has been hacked, likely by a phishing email. He has since changed his password but it looks like the hacker still has access as is replying to emails and deleting others. We tried the malware scanners but nothing found. What else can we do? We tried the VM chat but only advice was to forward the phishing emails on. Any help or advice would be greatly received.ntlworld account hacked
My legacy ntlworld email address has been hacked and taken over. Numerous new app accounts are being created in my name, and I'm also receiving threatening emails. Please can someone take urgent action to close this account? I also have a virgin.net account that a recent security scan has also found to be compromised. Please help.NTLWorld email hacked
Hello, Today I have received lots of emails from all my accounts that ‘Forgot my Password’ has been requested. These emails are then getting clicked and moved/deleted infront of my eyes. Someone obviously has access to my email account. Can anyone suggest anything/help? I can’t find an option to log out of all devices, i’ve set up the App password hoping this would log them out but I’m not sure. I really need help ASAP as they are accessing all my accounts (facebook, etsy etc) as they are just resetting my passwords, even if i reset them again they just reset them again. Ive tried live chatting Virgin but they just told me to log out on all devices? How can i do this when the issue is that someone i don’t know is logged into my account??
