Netflix Account hacked and locked (Linked to Virgin Media Subscription)
I pay for my Netflix account as part of my Virgin Media subscription / package. My Netflix account has been hacked and the hacker has changed my email address to log into Netflix. If I try to log into Netflix with my email address, it says the account doesn't exist. When I access the Netflix app via Virgin Media on my TV, it is pin protected and the home screen is in a different language. I've tried everything to reset the account etc and I'm hitting a brick wall as it seems everything has been changed. Can anyone assist?Hacked email account
Hi My son’s Virgin email account (not my account holder email) has been hacked, likely by a phishing email. He has since changed his password but it looks like the hacker still has access as is replying to emails and deleting others. We tried the malware scanners but nothing found. What else can we do? We tried the VM chat but only advice was to forward the phishing emails on. Any help or advice would be greatly received.Ntlworld email password change
Hello, I am trying to reset my email password - I have continued to use my original @ntlworld.com email from way back and have only ever had access to this email address through the Apple Mail app on my iPhone. Unfortunately, there was some kind of hacking incident and I really need to change my emails password. I have tried to access my mailbox through the Virgin Media online portal but this was met with an error message saying emails cannot be displayed. I have a number of very important emails that I cannot just stop using the account. I do not have a linked/related virgin media email account and know of no way to change my password. This email address is also the one I use to sign up to everything for and I have outstanding bookings and tickets etc attached to this account so not having access is a major issue. My question is, how do I go about changing my ntlworld password? I am reluctant to do anything until I have the process confirmed because of the hacked issue and potentially locking myself out entirely and losing everything. I’m aware that VM stopped supporting NTL World email addresses but I’m really hoping that you can help or guide me at the very least. Hello, My mother in law's Ntlworld email account has been hacked - she received a ransom email then shortly after was locked out completely. She had this email from when she was a customer around 20 years ago therefore understandably doesnt have the account number or security password therefore livechat help isnt working as they keep asking for these details. I know the original address and landline number if this can help in retrieving her account - she doesnt understand any of this therefore i am trying to recover on her behalf
Need to change password on Blueyonder email
Hi, hope someone can help. I am an ex VM customer. When I left, I was told my email addresses would be deleted in 90 days. 5 years later they havent been, but hackers have now got access to my Blueyonder email address and the password. VM no longer gives me the facility to log on and change the password, but has left the email account active. This means hacker is trying to gain access to other online accounts etc by exploiting their access to my email account. How can I change the password on my Blueyonder email address or even just completely disable/delete the email address?ntlworld account hacked
My legacy ntlworld email address has been hacked and taken over. Numerous new app accounts are being created in my name, and I'm also receiving threatening emails. Please can someone take urgent action to close this account? I also have a virgin.net account that a recent security scan has also found to be compromised. Please help.
