Parental Controls Stuck On
I recently moved house and had my services moved with me. However, I've noticed many websites (e.g. (http://nordvpn.com) are blocked stating that the Parental Controls are currently On. When I check my Virgin Media account, this (along with Virus Protection) have definitely been toggled off. Can someone help me with this?Unable to block specific websites
Hi Virgin Media, I am unable to block specific websites in the Online Security section of my account. When i add URLs to the section "Add websites that you always want parental controls to block access to" and click on the save button i get the below message: "Sorry the changes you made were not saved, please try again Can someone at virgin please review and fix it?
