I recently moved house and had my services moved with me. However, I've noticed many websites (e.g. (http://nordvpn.com) are blocked stating that the Parental Controls are currently On. When I check my Virgin Media account, this (along with Virus Protection) have definitely been toggled off. Can someone help me with this?
VM might as well just give up and say its on for all!
and to get around it tell people to use another DNS on there device like 194.168.4.123 or 1.1.1.1
Can this be setup on the Hub 5 (I don't see the option) or would I need to do it on every device/browser connected to the network?
well does every device need its DNS changed?
If you want every device to have reliable DNS you can get a 3rd party router with 1Gb ports put hub in modem mode
