Resolved! Returning router

I have now asked 4 times for a returns package for my router. Several promises later & I still don’t have it. I’m not wasting my time any more calling or tapping keys asking for it.

Power light red

The power light on my virgin hub has turned red instead of white.I have tried rebooting but it’s still red. It’s not in a confined space and doesn’t appear overly warm

Resolved! No VM wall socket
