Virgin Fibre available to houses down the road but not to my property

Hi, 

I'm currently finalizing the purchase of a property and was looking into broadband available. When checking for Virgin Fibre it shows the houses slightly down the road have it available, but not at all to my house. Is there no way of getting this connected there?
